Whitewater Athletics is operated by Whitewater Athletics LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. We're a small business founded by a high school athlete, and we take that responsibility seriously in everything we do.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

Orders ship from Scottsdale, Arizona. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
