Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from Phoenix, Arizona. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Method
We currently ship via USPS within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at oren@getwhitewater.com.

Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if anything affects your order.
